You stopped playing, but you never stopped being an athlete. Clocked In puts the team back on your schedule: a squad, a weekly goal, photo proof — and real money on the line every time you think about skipping.
Free forever. The only thing it ever costs you is $5 — to your friends, when you skip.
1,400+ workouts logged by real athletes
You had a full schedule of practices, games, and lifts — now your calendar is empty
You've tried solo gym routines but can't stick with them past 2 weeks
You miss the energy of training with teammates who pushed you
You've downloaded 5 fitness apps that are now collecting dust
The problem was never discipline. It's that skipping costs you nothing. So we made it cost something.
The rule this app was built on — the one my own crew trained under for years:
Hit your weekly goal.
Miss it, and you owe every member of your group $5.
Your group sets the amount and the goal. Books close Sunday midnight. No retro logging, no grace period — that's the point.
The money goes to your friends, never to us. We keep the score — Venmo moves the cash.
Every clock-in needs a photo. No honor system, no 'yeah I went this morning.'
All week your group sees who's safe and who has money on the line. Nobody wants to be the red row.
Monday morning, the ledger hits everyone's inbox: who showed, who owes, tap-to-pay Venmo links.

Set the rule together
Pick the weekly goal (2–7 workouts) and the stake ($1 to $20). The rule starts the following Monday — fair warning for everyone.
Clock in with photo proof
Any training counts — lift, run, jiu-jitsu, pickup. Snap, submit, 15 seconds.
Sunday midnight, the books close
Hit your goal, you're clean. Miss it, Monday's email says exactly who you owe. Watch how fast you stop missing.
An 8-week season for 20 former athletes: we draft you into a squad, you clock in with proof, compete in weekly standings, and finish with people who noticed every workout.
Stakes need friends. The Season gives you some.
See the season →Starts Monday, August 3. The app stays free — the season is the competition on top.

After my last basketball game, the structure disappeared overnight. No team practice, no coach checking in, nobody waiting on me to show up. I told myself I'd stay in shape. I didn't. Weeks turned into months without touching the weight room. It wasn't that I didn't know what to do. It was that I didn't have a reason to do it.
What finally fixed it wasn't a program. It was a rule my buddies and I made: train before 8am, three times a week, or Venmo everybody in the group $5. Nobody ever wanted to pay. Suddenly nobody missed. Clocked In is that rule, built into an app — the team you find after the team ends.
We've logged over 1,400 workouts together and I'm one of them. Still chasing the standard. If you've been drifting too, you're in the right place.
